I had been contacted by the dealership about trading my vehicle in for something newer. I was excited at the aspect of this and didn't think that I would qualify for anything however in the emails from the vehicle in for something newer. Needless to say neither of those happened. They were full of promises until I signed the paperwork and then I had to contact them several times to get answers to questions. I told the employee that I would come back to Baxter but after the treatment once I pulled off the lot, I'm not so sure now. More
