I am STILL waiting for rectification of my horrible experience 5-24-21. I was pre-approved for $35,000. And ended up with a 3 yr old jeep compass limited with more than 30k miles worn tires drives rougher than my 2013 Toyota Tacoma, my loan ended up being over $30k and my payment way more than my Trade in. I know for a fact the car you all pushed on me has a retail value of no more than $23,250 with all the miles on it, and I got that info from your website!!! Shame on you folks you are not working for me, you all could have put me in a brand new compass latitude with 0 miles for the same price. You have these new compasses on your lot and chose not to even give me the opportunity to choose.I will not stand still or be quite until you rectify this shotty trick you pulled on me. I began this whole catastrophe with Jessica she told me to take the 2018 fir the weekend to see how I liked the compass limited, come back on Monday and then we can test drive NEW vehicles. I came back on Monday Jessica was sick did not come to work so Croix got to take her place did not know what she and I had discussed, he showed me a 2020 compass with cheap nogahide seats very very cheap looking I absolutely was not impressed then without looking at another car my deal was beig written up on the 2018 with 30k + miles on it. I have been texting and calling to either get a new compass latitude or get my trade in back. NO ONE has had the decency to get in touch with me, reach out to me, or even give me the time of day. There are 3 options that can happen, put me in a new car, reduce the price of what you all put me in and get new tires and make that car ride smooth as silk, OR give me my 2020 Hyundai Venue back!! I am seeking a lawyer to handle this for me.Your GM has not even once reached out to me what a shotty dealership. I will never ever do business with this establishment NOR will I recommend this dealership to anybody friends or enemies. Your dealership is a "JOKE" PATTY ARIAS
