I took my wrangler in because it was leaking oil. I also needed my oversized tires rotated and a rock chip fixed in my windshield. The service center was REALLY busy (good news, people use service centers needed my oversized tires rotated and a rock chip fixed in my windshield. I asked for a rental car to drive since I can't be without a vehicle with my husband having cancer. They gave me a Trailhawk to drive while they had my Jeep. When my Jeep was finished, I was so surprised how inexpensive the fix was. I have had my tires rotated in the past somewhere else and that place charged me five times what Edwards did! Same with the rock chip, I have had that filled with a glass company before and paid over twice what I paid at Edwards. The oil leak was under warranty, so no charge there. I will bring the Jeep back here any time I need work done. Ethan was working to keep me in the loop with everything. He has a vast knowledge of Jeeps and called or texted me multiple times while they had my Jeep to let me know what was going on. More

I asked the service team at Edwards if they noticed the sound, and they responded “sounds fine, you’re good.” Turns out my rear diff assembly was failing and the Edwards service team failed to notice, even after I pointed it out. Luckily, I took it to another dealership and they were able to diagnose right away. All in all, I would never recommend this dealership. More
