I proceeded to contact them about this issue and how we could eliminate some of the unnecessary things and their response was that they couldn't do anything about it. Sales experience was ok, our problems are with the office. We had to go back and resign paperwork that was not filled out correctly. Then when the paperwork arrived at our county they had to send it b office. We had to go back and resign paperwork that was not filled out correctly. Our options are to register the vehicle in a different county or get penalized by the state for not registering on time. Second time purchasing from Edwards with two bad experiences, won’t be back.
