Review I have not bought a car in 12 years....I decided it was time, so I found my way to Edwards Jeep in Council Bluffs, Ia...The minute I opened the door I I have not bought a car in 12 years....I decided it was time, so I found my way to Edwards Jeep in Council Bluffs, Ia...The minute I opened the door I was greeted by friendly smiling people wanting to help me with whatever my need was, buying or leasing. My salesperson Keisha was wonderful, very polite, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very pleasant.. She answered all my questions quickly and helped me decide which on a vehicle and then showed me all about it. She even set up my phone on the touch screen...And the Manager there, Andy Grassau, what a guy...The minute I met him and started talking it was like we were friends for years, went out of his way to help me, and get me exactly what I wanted...Bent over backwards to please me...Super nice guy...And the finance guy, Jeremy, great guy too, he helped me with a couple decisions I needed to make...We chatted like old friends..Im a single woman however I didnt feel pressured or scared at all, .it truly was a the best leasing experience I could of had....I will always recommend Edwards to anyone looking to buy or lease... At first we were not impressed with the service, we couldn't find someone who would help us. Eventually we found our way to Jay. Jay helped us to purchase our vehicle. His service has far exceeded any dealers service in the past. He took the initiative multiple times to help us get the loan paperwork in order. Going out of way to bring it to lincoln, and transporting our trade in. We were surprised to learn he also personally drives a fiat, and stands by the vehicles. We plan to continue doing business with him in the future. More
