This companies’ customer service is horrible. I took my Dart in to have a oil leak fixed. After being in and out of the shop 3 times (all fixed under warranty) Edward’s service team told me there I took my Dart in to have a oil leak fixed. After being in and out of the shop 3 times (all fixed under warranty) Edward’s service team told me there was another repair. The result from them stating they ran the car for 10 minutes no oil leaks, but the next morning a massive puddle of oil and an additional $660 they refused to refund. Had an absolute terrible experience with them. I have spent thousands of dollars doing business with Edwards and they lost me as a customer for life. Oh, also took them over three (3) weeks to inform me that they refuse to refund the oil leak issue they couldn't fix. In the attempt to replace my car, I also told Edwards Chevy I would pay cash for a new vehicle if Edwards Dodge service would make me whole for the $660. This is how they treat customers who even try to provide options to make them whole. Their customer service is amongst the worst I have experienced. More

Only gave 1 star because you have to. This place is a scam, they lie cheat and steal! Had a vehicle marked at 20k give me 7K for trade in got no extra warranties or anything and papers st This place is a scam, they lie cheat and steal! Had a vehicle marked at 20k give me 7K for trade in got no extra warranties or anything and papers stated amount owed but after signing they changed the price and now we owe 32k THIS IS ILLEGAL! I will never recommend them to anyone More

Salesman were very helpful & courteous. Sales manager easy to work with. Detailing of new Jeep prior to delivery was awful. Taz was absolutely amazing and helped me find a great deal on my Jeep Compass. They were able to get me better financing options than any other Credit Union or Bank could get me. My only complaint is deal on my Jeep Compass. They were able to get me better financing options than any other Credit Union or Bank could get me. My only complaint is that they said they would follow up with me to get an appointment scheduled to replace my windshield, to pick up my extra set of keys, and to get the title transferrred from Iowa to Nebraksa. I called multiple times and didn't get a call back. Once I reached out to Taz about the situation, he was able to get everything on order and make sure the appropriate department called me. If you ever walk-in, find Taz and he will make sure to give you a great deal. More
