And last but not least David ( the finance Manager was their late one evening and helped me through the focusing process. This companies’ customer service is horrible. I took my Dart in to have a oil leak fixed. After being in and out of the shop 3 times (all fixed under warranty) Edward’s service team told me there I took my Dart in to have a oil leak fixed. After being in and out of the shop 3 times (all fixed under warranty) Edward’s service team told me there was another repair. The result from them stating they ran the car for 10 minutes no oil leaks, but the next morning a massive puddle of oil and an additional $660 they refused to refund. Had an absolute terrible experience with them. I have spent thousands of dollars doing business with Edwards and they lost me as a customer for life. Oh, also took them over three (3) weeks to inform me that they refuse to refund the oil leak issue they couldn't fix. In the attempt to replace my car, I also told Edwards Chevy I would pay cash for a new vehicle if Edwards Dodge service would make me whole for the $660. This is how they treat customers who even try to provide options to make them whole. Their customer service is amongst the worst I have experienced. More
