If I could give 0 stars I would. This side of Edwards Dealership is crap. They lie to you during purchasing your vehicle and their service department has no customer service. Year later from my purchas Dealership is crap. They lie to you during purchasing your vehicle and their service department has no customer service. Year later from my purchase and $10000 spent to fix my Jeep. Because the extended warranty didn’t cover anything. We purchased the warranty so we could save money yeah that hasn’t happened and Edwards Jeep does not care. I do have to say I took my Jeep over to the Nissan side for Service they were wonderful and tried to help as much as they could. Destiny in the service department went above and beyond her job and even experienced backlash from the Jeep service side for helping us. I don’t understand how a big company like Edwards can allow the Jeep Dealership to keep treating customers this way. I guess I head back to Woodhouse. More

Do Not ever buy from this side of Edwards. Purchased a Jeep Overland just a year ago. We have had so many issues with it since. In and out of shops, also took to their service department was called a liar Jeep Overland just a year ago. We have had so many issues with it since.
