They did their job to fix my car sooner than originally planned. The only issue I had is an interaction with one lady, being rude and rolling her eyes. I simply asked for a ride from a car rental place nea planned. The only issue I had is an interaction with one lady, being rude and rolling her eyes. I simply asked for a ride from a car rental place near the dealership and her response was that the car rental provides rides, for which I responded that I was not asking too much after spending over $1800 to fix my car! Plus they did not even offer a loaner while my car was being repaired and the excuse was that there were no loaners available, when a loaner was later used to pick me up from the car rental place. She should not be interacting with customers! More
