Dropped off my car to have power steering motor replaced. Service Department did not communicate and I repeatedly had to call and leave messages before getting any update. After a week and a half, the Servic Service Department did not communicate and I repeatedly had to call and leave messages before getting any update. After a week and a half, the Service Department finally responded and had not began repairs because someone had gone on vacation and did not properly document what repairs needed to be made. Entire department has poor communication with customers and I would not recommend anyone use this dealership to have their vehicle serviced. More

I never found out what was wrong with my car in the service department. They didn’t try in my opinion. I spoke to another dealership and they advised me that more could have been doing.
