A 3 hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable. The first time I had my oil changed it was also three hours. This time I did have one new wiper blade installed and they "fixed" my backup light. I was not charged for the fixing of the light and I appreciate that, especially since by the time I got home it was out again. Everyone was very nice and I would happily give 5 stars but as I stated, 3 hours is unacceptable. I received a certain amount of free oil changes for purchasing the car there, but I will happily be going elsewhere and pay to not have to wait an absurd amount of time. More
