I made a 7:30 appt which appeared to be a waste of time because my vehicle wasn't ready til 4. Had a 7am appointment 12/31. I had to check back several times for an update to no avail. Last check was at 2pm and was told it would be 5:30pm. The experience with Edwards Chevrolet I had I would rate as terrible. After all the years buying cars and getting service from your company the service department not accepting the fact that the service rec as terrible. After all the years buying cars and getting service from your company the service department not accepting the fact that the service recall I had back in June caused the problem I had in December. You’re service manager passed the buck to General Motors when I think the piston replacement that was preform caused the low compression problem. I am already out $900 dollars and you’re service manager said he could not promise that what was done on the recall was what caused this. But for 5 more hours of labor charges I could find out . This to me is unexceptible.In my opinion Edwards should have said we will take care of this and it would not cost a long term customer of yours more money. Also my company has purchased vehicles from Edwards for years on and off. As VP of my company we will not purchase any vehicles again because of this terrible decision on my personal vehicle. More

The service department worked and worked on my truck to find the problem with my truck. They found the unique problem and we think that they solved the problem. I will not be coming back there. Last time I had service , 5 days later wind. Shield light came on, they didn’t put oil stick in tight, light came on.
