Unlike some other GMC/Chevy dealers in the area, they made an appointment for me, and when I showed up they were ready, and completed my service very quickly. I had difficulty getting through to a service agent to make an appointment taking multiple phone calls. I brought my car in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. I had made an appointment an make an appointment taking multiple phone calls. I brought my car in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. I had made an appointment and arrived at 7:30am. I told the service agent that I would wait on the car. He had told me that the service would be done shortly after I arrived. My car sat in the intake area for at least 2 hours before it was taken back. After another 90 minutes I was told that the oil change was done but they did not have the transmission fluid or filter and I would have to bring it back. I was assured that it would be done quickly after I arrived. I was called a few weeks later to bring the car in and arrived at 8am. It took 2 1/2 hours for me to get the car back. Needless to say, I should not have had to wait a combined 6 hours to get the oil and transmission fluid changed. There was no sense of urgency or consideration about my time. Totally unacceptable!
