My needs were not addressed and when I called to complain, I was basically told I should have made an earlier appointment. I work. I came when I had time off. My work order literally showed where I had not been able to access my trunk. For 4 weeks . I was told they would not be able to look at the trunk matter. For 10 years I have driven to a sketchy area of town, and had Edward’s do my maintenance. No longer will that be the case. And don’t even think I would ever buy another vehicle from Edward’s. And I do plan to tell people about My experience. I took it to another dealership, it was fixed in an hour and a half. and I would like a print out of everything I have had Edward’s do to the car.
