Kept my car for 2 months. All I needed was a front bumper repaired. I would have preferred if they gave me a date to bring the car in, instead of taking my car when they knew they were backed up or short sta repaired. Did my problem get fixed for the amount quoted? Yes. Communication was rough. I was given a date and time to drop of the car, so I took off work, brought it in and was told there wasn’t a chance of it b Communication was rough. I was given a date and time to drop of the car, so I took off work, brought it in and was told there wasn’t a chance of it being worked on for another week, and I should bring it back, and would get a call that afternoon to confirm drop off. I did not receive a phone call, so I called back the next business day and scheduled it for the next week. Fast forward to dropping my car off, great, it was fine. I was told it would be ready for pickup the next day, and that I would get a call. I did not get a call. I called back myself, and found out that it was indeed done, but my service advisor was off. I found a ride, and went to pay for my car, and it took 30 minutes to find the key, then another 30 minutes for the car to come around. Anyways, my car did get fixed, and it cost the same as the estimate, but there is definitely a lack of communication going on. More
