Made a service appointment: oil change tires, and engine missing. Having Parkinson’s Disease, I asked if their was a close place to get a lunch, take a walk to eat, and come back, and have a short wait. Go missing. Having Parkinson’s Disease, I asked if their was a close place to get a lunch, take a walk to eat, and come back, and have a short wait. Got a call from Johnathan in Service, Needed to replace the coil system. No problem. You never know when Parkinson’s will interrupt with balance, legs, and some confusion. Walking back seemed like I was walking way too far. I became confused, realized I was lost, and couldn’t walk any more. I could not think of what to do. I saw a voicemail from Johnathan in service to tell me the car was ready. I didn’t fully comprehend I left my car for service. I saw the voicemail and told Johnathan all about it. He asked what was around me and he’d send someone to pick me up. I was 2 miles nowhere I should have been. After a smooth ride back, some water and time to get my head clear, I was able to pay a better price for outstanding service and the attention, concern and accommodations. Repaired 6 items I wanted done on my 2005 Silverado 2500HD. 6.0 litre engine with 162K miles. All completed A- OK. I would recommend them for GM products with high mileage and years of use.
