I brought my truck in because of a vibration. After driving my truck the tech called and told me that it was my tires. I told him that I didn’t think it was a tire vibration. Later the advisor called me back and said that someone else said . It was the tires. I said ok if that’s the problem. How much are tires? She said 1118.00. They installed tires. I picked it up and drove a few blocks. The problem was still there. I brought it back and the service manager drove it. He said it was the torque converter. So therefore I didn’t need the tires. He didn’t want to but . He said ok but I still have to pay the 160.00 diagnostic. I said ok. I returned to get my truck. And the bill was 186.00. I went to service manager. He told me that he would take off 30.00 if I would do him a favor and not bring my truck back down there . More
Edward Chevrolet scheduled to fix my car in the body shop 3 weeks after my accident. I took my car to be fixed with a 30 day rental from my insurance. Three weeks later my car was still not fixed.
