The service was awesome from beginning with scheduling appointment, to end. Most of my repairs (the most expensive part) was covered under a Chevy warranty. I took my vehicle to Hendricks Chevrolet last y appointment, to end. Most of my repairs (the most expensive part) was covered under a Chevy warranty. I took my vehicle to Hendricks Chevrolet last year for the same problem and they wanted $2000 for the repair. Never mentioned that because my 2016 Equinox was not 8 years old or at or near 80,000 miles, that it would be cover by Chevrolet. I rented a car for 2 weeks while waiting on the part and my vehicle didn’t get fixed until I brought it to Edwards. My service advisor Craig keep me updated on want was going on. The part had to be orderly and was coming from Michigan. Needles to say I had to rent another car, but for only a week this time. Now I’m back on the road in my Equinox and it drives like new, Thanks More
