They were rude and not up front about how long it will take to get car fixed. I waited 3 days for an appointment only for them to tell me when I got there that it will be another 3 days before they would take to get car fixed. My appointment was at 730a with Tonya and she wasn’t even there on time to meet me. I had to check in with someone else. They didn’t have a loaner car for me to use even though there were plenty of cars on their lot so I had to take my car home which I ended up taking it to Hendrix Chevrolet and they looked at it the same day. Since it would have cost so much money to fix, I decided to buy a car and trade in mine with them. That could have been a sale for Edwards Chevrolet but nope, because of the rudeness of the service staff, I brought it with Hendrix. And I really liked my sales people I worked with when I got my car in 2018. So unless I am in a dire emergency and have absolutely no other place to go, I will not return back to Edwards Chevrolet. Had appointment, called at 3pm to check. Was told that they hadn’t even moved it yet and that I would have to bring it back. Brought it back 2 days later and everything was fine. When I brought my car to the dealership for service Jonathan Cushen told me what to expect on the service time and he gave me the option to keep the car or leave it I chose to keep it because it was th Jonathan Cushen told me what to expect on the service time and he gave me the option to keep the car or leave it I chose to keep it because it was the weekend and my only transportation.
