280 does way too much business and they will forget your are in the waiting room. They have no clue when you make an online appointment. It’s a crappy unmanned web link. I feel they are overwhelmed on 280. Downtown is great. Walk in, always quiet with few people. Service people have the time help. Even parts for my Tahoe was in store. Where as 280 has to order and another hour drive down xxxx hole 280 and back.
