Waiting game Scheduled a 7 AM appointment for a recall on my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off for the appointment. Didn’t hear anything by 12:30 Pm, so I called. Th Scheduled a 7 AM appointment for a recall on my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off for the appointment. Didn’t hear anything by 12:30 Pm, so I called. They hadn’t even started yet. The service Didn’t get completed until 4:30 PM. Was told that setting an appointment only gets you “in” with the service advisor. Had another vehicle there last week for the same recall and was in and out in 2 hours. Was told it was luck of the draw on when it gets serviced. Dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM for a service appointment of tire rotation and oil change a week earlier. There was no communication with this visit either, so at 2 PM I returned to the dealership to see what was going on. Service was completed, but no call to tell me this. This is when I was told about the recall and that they had parts in to fix it. So not only could they have fixed it then, I had to again come back. The service advisor stated “he should have been paying better attention” as the paperwork was sitting on his desk. . I stated that a little communication would have been nice To what was going on, and was told that “he didn’t have time to call all his customers, and that he sees over 45 people a day”. Go ahead and block your whole day off if you need any service done here. More

Good Customer Service Brought my Tahoe in for what I thought was a recall, turned out to be something else. Jonathan was upfront and honest.
