I got a front end alignment I went in for an alignment and was NOT able to use the coupon they sent in the mail to my home with my name on it. Mr. Avan Let me start by saying the Service Dept at Edwards Downtown is top notch! We’ve had many electrical and theft sensor problems with our Tahoe. Mr. Avant took the lead on our vehicle and worked everything out. He kept us informed on a repair strategy, day to day activities along with reaching out to GM for advice on a processor module that was the eventual culprit.
