Top notch service! I took my car in last week for some routine maintenance. A few days later I noticed my check engine light came on. I was a bit concerned since it's st I took my car in last week for some routine maintenance. A few days later I noticed my check engine light came on. I was a bit concerned since it's still a newer vehicle. They reset this and sent me on my way. The light came back on so I took it back, and there was an issue with the way a filter was placed. My service advisor took the time to explain what the potential issues could be, and gave me a discount on a future oil change for the trouble. Even though it was a little inconvenient going back and forth, they still took the time to make sure everything was working properly and I understood the issues. I have always had good service here, and will continue to go back! More

Scott McKee and the service manager did a great job for me on getting my Equinox repaired under the recall by GM. My car was there for nearly 2 weeks and I was giving a loaner while the repairs were done. me on getting my Equinox repaired under the recall by GM. My car was there for nearly 2 weeks and I was giving a loaner while the repairs were done. The only negative was they could not finish all of the repairs because of backorders on 2 parts . Now because of this I will have to return when those parts come in taking more time out of my day. This is not Scott’s fault but Chevrolet should have all parts in stock for the recalls. Edwards Chevrolet service department does a great job. More
