I brought my car in for an oil change and also told em the seat warmers stopped working after my battery was swapped out. Which I figured it just needed to be reset. They told me I would have to bring it back.Because they didn’t have time. Which I did. However they forgot that I needed a ride to work. 45 minutes later I check. And they told me they forgot I needed a ride and my car was ready but they charges me $166.00 for something That could have been done on the previous visit and cost me an hour off my job. More

I was disappointed because I was lied to about what was wrong with my truck. My seat was stuck so I took it to Edward Chevrolet. They told me what was wrong with it without even taking the seat out.
