Everything was fantastic. I was slightly irritated during the finance portion of the buy. We were told that in order for us to get an interest rate lower than 14% we were going to have to get a 36 month loan the finance portion of the buy. We were told that in order for us to get an interest rate lower than 14% we were going to have to get a 36 month loan instead of a 24 month loan, and that would include a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty. I said I really don't care what the interest rate was beacause i am not going to have the loan long enough that it really matters. He said ok. When i looked at the finance papers, our rate was 9%. So he lied to us. Roy was extermely polite as well as Ray in finance. They worked with us on our expectation until we were satisfied as well as the dealership. We hated giving up our vehice, but are satisfied what we got for the trade. More
From our car door to their front door service was great. Richard Roberts did not pressure us, but kept the information flowing back and forth. The initial vehical that we were looking at had four thousand miles on it but had not been declared a demo, and Richard was the first one to point that out to us. He and his sales manager were looking long and hard for other options & eventually found us a car in K.C.. This made us stay and extra day in town as we were from Norfolk, NE.. Richard called us several times giving us an update on when and where we would be able to get our new car. He kept us in the loop, which we appreciated. If it had not been for Mr. Robert's efforts we would have been very much upset, and we probably would have left and went to another dealer. More
Had agreed payment set, it changed, signed alot of paperwork and I didn't notice they up the number of payments for 72, which was agreed to, to 75 without telling me. Everything about our car purchasing experience at Classic Chevrolet Cadillac in Council Bluffs was top notch. We were purchasing a new car for my wife and we dealt with two exceptional salesmen. Primarily Chevrolet Cadillac in Council Bluffs was top notch. We were purchasing a new car for my wife and we dealt with two exceptional salesmen. Primarily John and also Richard. Both did a great job insuring that all of our needs were met and all questions were answered in a professional manner. John went above and beyond by quickly finding my wife the car of her dreams and even placed a big red ribbon on it for her as it was Christmas time. The financing department was very thorough and accomodating and made purchasing the car a breeze. We felt that we got a great deal on our new 2011 Cruze. When the time comes for service for the car I am confident that the service department we were shown will do a great job for us as well. John has even called to follow up and insure we are totally satisfied. Thanks again to John and everyone at the dealership who made our buying experience a very pleasant one. More
We have just purchased a 2011 Equinox. We have gotten 3 pickup's , an Impala in 2002, a 2006 Equinox, which I loved and never had one problem with it. I know I'm going to love this one as much. We have dealt with Dave Cogswell and Richard Roberts. Both very polite and helpful. Dave finished up our sale, stayed with us and explained everything to us. We really appreciated that a lot. The sale's people are not pushy or demanding, just so pleasant to work with. Their maintenance department is also great. We enjoy doing business with Classic and have no plan's of going anywhere else. I can not think of a department there, that don't go out of the way to be helpful. Enjoy the coffee and cookies, and visiting with those we've gotten to know through the year's. Just keep up the good work and we'll be back when we need another vehicle. After viewing the Classic ad on the internet, really just window shopping not truly in the market for a different car at the minute. We drove over to take a look on the weekend and after several conversations with Richard on that dreary Monday, stopped in and met Robert who was very accommodating, not pushy-- yet thorough. We went for a drive and after working with Mr Roberts, we soon found a new vehicle was more palatable. We left that day with a new 2011 Chevrolet Cruse which I have to say drives well on my daily commute from Omaha to Lincoln, masters the snow and provides the security and piece of mind of reliability. He's called to follow-up on our purchase and offered to go over anything again, and reconfirmed he's just a phone call away. Customer Service is a necessity in our lives and Classic seems to have that down pat. More
I really liked how Rich was very laid back about his sale. He was easy to talk to and if we had a question and he didn't know the answer, he got right up and went and found the answer for us. I have bought trucks at this dealer before, and I have always felt good about my business deals. They are very friendly and I really enjoyed working with Mr Ken Johnson. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Classic in the past 3 years and have been satisfied each time that I have been to this dealership. I have worked with 3 different salesmen and each time have been treated years and have been satisfied each time that I have been to this dealership. This type of salesmanship is great and I will return the next time I need a vehicle. All of the employees at Classic were helpfull and courteous. I wish more car dealers treated people this way. More
