My dad and I drove form Lincoln NE to Council Bluffs Ia. He had heard of Classic for a man that had just got a $wheeler @ the sister shop @ classic, its called Full Throttle Motorsports. Once the glitter was removed form my eyes and daddy told me I needed to get a used car I was mad. When we go to the used lot all I could see was nice cars. Not what I had excepted at all. When our nice sales man came to us he was funny and was totally on my side about getting what I wanted. I thought was gonna get a ugly used crapper. Well long story shot I got a cool 2009 bright orange HHR! I love my new car and will send all my friends to Classic, plus if my friend buys a car I get a check for 100$!!!!~ More

We had never shopped at Classic Chevrolet before this experience. We were greated upon arrival by our sales person Haley Christensen. I had done my research online (another great tool provided by Classic) and knew what I wanted, but Classic once again surprised me with an even better deal than I expected. The Finance Dept. was also great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I have. Just after buying my first silverado I suggested them to a co-worker. A week later he had a silverado as well and was very pleased with his experience at classic. Just recently my wife asked me what I thought as a co-worker of hers was wanting a new vehicle. I suggested Classic and he purchased a vehicle last week from Classic. As long as Classic has what I want I intend to buy from them again in the future. I would recommend Classic-Chevrolet Cadillac to my friends and anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. I have never been treated so respectfully at a car lot before. They really made my experience fun and stress free, I really felt "at home" the whole time that I was there. After I purchased the car, they spent alot of time going over the new car with me to make sure I knew how to use everything on it. David, the manager, came out and talked with us and installed my phone to bluetooth, registered me with OnStar and OnStar online. I have never had a sales person care about me that much, and to have someone who sits up on the high desk come down and show me that he really cares about the sale was a pleasant experience. My husband was with me the whole time and he talked with other sales people out there and really enjoyed them. He will be back to get his new Cadillac there and we will probably never go anywhere else. We have to drive about 25 minutes to get there but it is worth it. The car dealerships that are very close to our house could take some lessons from Classic on how to treat people if you want there business. I went back out the next day to deliver an extra key I had for my old vehicle and when I walked in some who I had not talked to during the purchase greeted me with "Hello Mrs. Merritt, how can we help you. Very Impressive and very nice. I have also enjoyed Amanda. I have received a Thank You from her for my business. I have NEVER received that in the past. I highly recommend Classic-Chevrolet Cadillac. Haley was very friendly, courteous and prompt. She was a pleasure to work with and negotiating wasn't painful as I expected.
