Had vehicle for over 28 days waiting on a part Windshield had to be replaced due to something being wrong with the heater. My son left his car on January 2nd, it is now January 30. I called today and spoke with Alex the Service Director, and advised him that my son shouldn't have to pay for the rental car for over a month because it was not his fault they couldn't get the correct windshield. He told me that it is Corporate's fault and I could call an attorney or anyone I wanted to there was nothing he could do about my son having to pay for a rental car when to me it is clearly the company's fault. He gave me a number to call for the General Motors Customer Assistance to see what they could do for me. I told him for good customer service he would have offered or already done that. He is on the Hwy 280 in Birmingham Alabama location service department. After speaking with someone else was told he did not have to pay for the rental car, but would have to speak with General Motors about the deductible. They finally put in an aftermarket windshield, the problem was where the windshield was coming from the windshield in the box was different from the one ordered 3 different times. Ben has been very good to my son, but my son is still dealing with General Motors concerning the deductible. More

Todd Workman was extremely helpful, respectful, and actually listened to what we were saying. We gave Todd our budget, our vehicle requirements, then he quickly found options to fit our needs. Once we decided on our vehicle, Todd and the amazing Edwards staff quickly gave us a great valuation on our trade, negotiated final price, then had us on our way! After sleeping on my decision, I decide against this purchase and dealership because I didn't like or trust sales manager. Next day the sales manager called me and questioned my integrity and told me to not ever contact him again when shopping for vehicles. Two failed transactions My experience started off great until we got to the table to sign, and they refused to fix the bumper. I didn't know that this dealership would sell a car with damage, and refuse to fix it. So one week later my husband was contacted about another car they had that I originally test drove first. He informed them that he wouldn't be able to make it to the dealership before they closed but we wanted the car. So they processed everything over the phone. They told him they would deliver it to our home. Called the following business day to see when they would deliver. We were told they had sold our car to someone else an hour after we purchased it by someone that had no clue what had happened. Needless to say they have done absolutely nothing to try to make this bad experience right. This dealership is the worst!! More
5 Stars. "The Best" I took my car in for service. Arrived on time and Devan greeted me and asked how he could assist and they jumped on my car and had me out quickly and I took my car in for service.
