Buying A Chevrolet Avalanche Found my new truck through an online search and traveled 3 hours to Birmingham to get it. Vic did an excellent job with communicating, explaining, & making us feel comfortable. We left with a great deal on an excellent truck! My only complaint was us having to travel to Birmingham twice due to the truck being put online for sale before it was done with being serviced, this was no fault to Vic but due to error of the online department of the dealership listing/pricing the truck too soon. The online consultant told us the truck would be ready once we got there, and at the last minute the consultant told us the truck was not actually gonna be ready and never spoke with us again. Refused to answer our calls or respond to further emails before/after we made it to the dealership. The truck ended up being re-priced $2,000 more than the original online price after being detailed. More

From the moment we said hello and he introduced himself to me he was friendly, confident, courteous, considerate, professional , kind, patient and quite understanding of my situation. He did everything he could to put me at ease and sort through all the information I had to provide prior to purchasing the car. He also had a great sense of humor, a youthful exuberance and was very informed about the car I was buying. I had complete confidence in him in assuring me I was making a wise purchase on this used vehicle. Bruce went out of his way to accommodate me even to bring the car to the rental place the next day so I wouldn't have to drive back to 280 again!!!!He was patient enough to keep going over and over again how this car works ,especially with it being a new keyless car for a 64 year old lady who is used to and wants to use a key.
