I had an unplesant customer service problem with battery on the last service visit and had not received any information about the status of my problem. Ms. Frazier said she would speak with the Supervisor and while I was in a hurry to leave the Supervisor said he would continue to check on my battery exchange problem with GM. This problem had not been handled properly on my last service visit. Ms. Frazier did phone me and say that I could expect to see a refund check soon.. I will wait and see how this is handled.
