I had an unplesant customer service problem with battery on the last service visit and had not received any information about the status of my problem. Ms. Frazier said she would speak with the Supervisor and while I was in a hurry to leave the Supervisor said he would continue to check on my battery exchange problem with GM. This problem had not been handled properly on my last service visit. Ms. Frazier did phone me and say that I could expect to see a refund check soon.. I will wait and see how this is handled. Problem with back tire on driver side. I called TJ in Service about my back tire losing air. The next morning he had me bring my car in. Oil change and tire rotation I bought my vehicle at Hendrick Chevrolet, but their customer service in the service center is atrocious. Have lost my business I had been a loyal patron, no one had touched my car but them, until my most recent visit. I took my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport in to have a tire repla I had been a loyal patron, no one had touched my car but them, until my most recent visit. I took my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport in to have a tire replaced. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail in the sidewall, purchased a new tire and had it mounted by them on a Saturday. Did not drive the car again until the following Monday at which time I was alerted the tire was below it's "safe" level by the sensor after approx 25 minutes of driving.I returned it to the dealer to be told my rim was cracked was the reason I was loosing air pressure in that tire. You will not in 100 million years convince me they did not crack my rim while mounting the tire. When I inspected the tire after the warning I noticed an excessive amount of lubricant around the rim and edge of the tire which I found out but did not think a lot about until now. More
