Overpriced and doesn’t care I have been using Edwards 280 for several years now. First bad experience. Checked in with TJ who cares nothing about my concerns as a customer. Told I have been using Edwards 280 for several years now. First bad experience. Checked in with TJ who cares nothing about my concerns as a customer. Told me I was next in line. Waited 30 minutes for service center to even move my truck. After another 45 min I received a call to let me know they were complete. At checkout I asked several questions relating to my vehicle but the advisor brushed off questions about my transmission and a code that popped up as unimportant. Also, the service was overpriced. More
