Service Appt. i goy there early and had a 7am appt. i was on time. Service man would not give a discount that i had received by mail the night before service. lucki i goy there early and had a 7am appt. i was on time. Service man would not give a discount that i had received by mail the night before service. luckily i had a different promotion in my truck. i checked a few things to see what was done or checked. 27 point check . windshield washer tank was not filled and i found no evidence of other parts having finger prints on them. I will not use service dept. again. I have been a loyal customer for the last five years. More

Danny Mayo and Dave Harbison have proven themselves trustworthy and dependable. They made the deal work out for us even when we thought we wouldn't be able to afford what we really wanted. We now have a used 2017 Tahoe and couldn't be more pleased! When there were minor issues with the car we called and they returned our call promptly and on a holiday at that. They made arrangements to get these minor issues fixed immediately. We have also had experience in the past with Edwards 280 Service Dept. on our other vehicles. Their service department was efficient and talked us through any current and potential problems. Everyone we have dealt with, including Alex, who set up my OnStar and Chevrolet App on my phone, have been so great to work with! We highly recommend this dealership and will be referring all of our friends and family to these outstanding salesmen! More
Extraordinary service My engine check light as I started to work. Phoned and talked with Sheryl Frazier in the Service Dept. who told me to bring the car on in. On arrival, I was met at the car and it was taken into the service dept. Sheryl knows that I am a hospice nurse and needed my vehicle for work. She promptly made sure the car was checked. She came and explained the problems and repair costs. Ms. Frazier had applied my warranties and was able to give me an accurate cost. She also applied a discount coupon that helped tremendously. As I waited, managers talked with me kindly and professionally. Extraordinary work! More
