First Edwards Service Experience I found myself with a little extra time available and my new-to-me truck was due an oil change. I called at about 3 PM to see if it was possible for I found myself with a little extra time available and my new-to-me truck was due an oil change. I called at about 3 PM to see if it was possible for me to get an oil change that afternoon while I waited for the service to be completed. I spoke with TJ Cunningham, who made a quick check of the schedule and said, "Sure, come on out." I did, and in much less time than I had anticipated TJ found me drooling over the new cars in the showroom and told me my truck was ready! I was very pleasantly surprised. I was also provided a completed checklist of all the other maintenance items that had been reviewed while I was there and that all the fluid levels had been topped off. I was not accustomed to that kind of thorough service from other dealerships I have visited. Also, while I was there, I spoke with Matt Billions who provided me some good information about how to get the most out of the Infotainment system in my truck. Very good experience. I will look forward to future maintenance visits. Pricing was outstanding as this was the first of four free oil changes I was given when I purchased the truck. Great, friendly service. More
