Danny Mayo was very efficient and friendly and I was given a very nice trade value for my truck. The only thing I found distasteful was the "Chevyman package" sticker. I am disappointed that Edwards has started the nonsense of adding $1300-$2500 cost to the bottom line under the guise of " free nitrogen,extra oil changes,door edge guards and a plastic bed liner". To me it says the customer is too stupid know how new car sales work. Customers want dealerships to be 100% above board and adding extra stickers that add huge markups to the the final numbers are somewhat of a slap in the face. Also, nobody really believes it takes a $489.99 doc fee to process the paper work. I would rather Edwards be honest and just say" we need more money out of you". Just because everybody else is doing it doesn't mean you should...neither does it make it right. More

Garbage I dropped my 2007 Chevy Avalanche there last week to get a BCM programmed for $100. I was good with that. Then I get a call the next day and there wer I dropped my 2007 Chevy Avalanche there last week to get a BCM programmed for $100. I was good with that. Then I get a call the next day and there were more electrical issues and it would now be $390. I told Ben that I needed the electrical issues fixed, so do it. A few days later I get a call from Ben and he said I was ready. I get there and now the total is $551. I did not have time to argue really and paid it. We go out to get in the vehicle and the instrument lights did not come on. I was none too happy to discover this as that was why I brought it to them in the first place. Then he tells me if I want that fixed, it will be $375 more.. I'm like, what kind of racket is this. My friend was dismayed as well. We get the truck a mile down the road and open the hood to discover the ECM is just laying there not mounted and could have fell down into the belt or other moving parts and done a ton of damage. I call and they had me bring back. When my friend takes it back up there, they seemed perturbed to have to do it. You start at 100, then 390, then 551, and don't fix what all I needed done, leave my ECM dangling loose, and you guys are perturbed?? The audacity of these guys to act that way! Wouldn't in a million years expect to receive this type of service from a Chevy dealership! Garbage! More
