My grandson googled the nearest Chevy dealer with his phone..Edwards. We were 1 mile away..God is good! I met Scott in the Service Dept. He was very busy but took the time to resolve my issue & send me off to the mall. I called and made an appointment to see a 2021 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss LT. When I arrived the vehicle was out front and I was met by Justin. Even with today's market/lack of inventory at dealerships, we were able to come to an agreement that benefited both of us. Justin was up front about the pricing, no hidden fees, everything typed out. We negotiated a few things but ultimately came to an agreed price and I left knowing I got the best price (I had already been to 8 other dealerships).
