Great experience as always! I took my Enclave in on Tuesday for repairs on the lift hatch and a service engine light issue. TJ said it would be Thursday before he could look at i I took my Enclave in on Tuesday for repairs on the lift hatch and a service engine light issue. TJ said it would be Thursday before he could look at it , which was fine, because I use a company truck during the week. The next thing I heard was that my car was repaired and ready to pick up at noon on Thursday. When I went in to pick it up, Allen and TJ worked as a team to make my visit as pleasant as possible. My Enclave is the third car in a row that I have purchased at Edwards 280. This kind of service is what always brings me back. As always, I’m very satisfied! More

Less than average customer service. Stood in service center lobby for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and upon being acknowledge the lady wasn’t apologetic. There seems to be gaps in communication between staff. Once service on my vehicle was completed, they performed and charges me for a tire rotation I didn’t not even ask for. The lack of professionalism and customer service at this location will definitely be the reason I use another Chevy dealership in the future. More
