I’d give more than 5 stars if I could The day after Thanksgiving I was driving from Georgia to home in St. Louis. About 5 miles from Birmingham I started to have car troubles. Luckily I wa The day after Thanksgiving I was driving from Georgia to home in St. Louis. About 5 miles from Birmingham I started to have car troubles. Luckily I was able to make it to the dealership. I could tell they were busy but when I went in they were so friendly and accommodating. They were able to get my car back within about an hour to run diagnostics. While I was waiting they offered to drive me to lunch or to a hotel for the night. They miraculously had all the parts needed to fix my car and had everything repaired within 6 hours. I was traveling alone and don’t know much about cars and they gladly talked to my dad on the phone to discuss the problems. They let me sleep in the waiting area while I was waiting and woke me up when my car was ready. I really can’t say enough good things. If I were from the Birmingham area I’d be a regular customer for sure! Thanks again to everyone at Edwards Chevrolet 280!! More
