No Pressure . I would like to first start off by saying thank you guys so much for working expediously on getting me into a car. My car was rear ended 3 months ago I would like to first start off by saying thank you guys so much for working expediously on getting me into a car. My car was rear ended 3 months ago and it has been a terrible experience and a delayed one at that but you guys came on the tail end and made it ease. They brought my car to me all the way from Birmingham to Pensacola. From start of my inquiry, to my application process to me signing paperwork, I was contacted, updated and I felt no pressure! You guys knew my situation and was still able to accommodate me into getting a brand new car! I am thankful . Excellent job, Amanda, Jodi and Patrick!!! More

Service I had some transmission warranty work that needed to be done so I had to leave the car. A rental/loaner is covered under the warranty but I was told t I had some transmission warranty work that needed to be done so I had to leave the car. A rental/loaner is covered under the warranty but I was told there were none available and I was not offered an alternative option. Very disappointed because it does not say, if one is available. It says one is provided. They should have called a rental car company and offered to pay for one for a day ot two till they had one of theirs available. Not sure if I will use them again More
