First oil change I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Edwards Chevrolet in March of 2018 and took it to the service department on December 6, 2018, for the fir I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Edwards Chevrolet in March of 2018 and took it to the service department on December 6, 2018, for the first complimentary oil change that was included with the purchase of the vehicle. Sheryl Frazier was very friendly, efficient and pleasant both in accepting my vehicle for service and again later when explaining and clarifying the services that had been performed. She pointed out some service items that will likely be due on my next visit. I found this very helpful. I was somewhat disappointed to discover that having the driver's seat tightened to prevent a small slip and click when the truck moves or corners was no longer covered as the bumper-to-bumper warranty period for this truck had expired before I purchased it. If I recall correctly I determined what was making the noise by looking on the Chevrolet website and discovered the information under a "Service Bulletin." (Not sure that's what it was called.) I would have expected known problems experienced by a number of similar vehicles would have been covered at no charge regardless of when they were discovered by the current owner. More
