Took Amazing Care Of Us.. We were en route to Florida for the holiday and randomly found ourselves with two burnt out headlights. Knowing we wouldn’t reach our destination bef We were en route to Florida for the holiday and randomly found ourselves with two burnt out headlights. Knowing we wouldn’t reach our destination before it got dark.....and having googled what a nightmare replacing a simple bulb is on a Yukon....we were fortunate to come upon Edwards Chevrolet 280. We rolled in with 2 kids, a dog and a hamster and the service team (Bret in particular) got a technician assigned to us quickly.....let us sit in the waiting area with a dog in our lap and got us on the road in half the time we could have ever expected. If they can find me a 17 or 18 Yukon Denali lightly used.....I’ll roll back down from Huntsville and buy from them on principle. Very grateful for the care! Mark & Heather Kingsley More

radiator My initial impression was very poor as they called me telling me I owed $1500 for a new radiator on a vehicle with 17K miles. I spoke to the service manager who dropped the cost after consulting GM. I called a regional GM warranty rep myself and they charged me a $250 deductible. Work is done. In the end it all worked out.
