Exceptional Customer Service We were talking about how Customer Service has gone down the drain at work the other day. Not our company but in general. I said companies could kearn alot from Edwards Chevrolet and two orher companies (Fast food and grocer). They treat a customer like they should be treated. And that’s why I continue to choose Edwards Chevrolet. I was greeted by the Service Tech Cheryl the other day and it wasn’t even my appointment time. I had to drop the car iff earlier fir some repsirs. she later called me with an estimate then later called to tell me my car was ready. I’ve used ither car repairs where I had to call to see if I could pick my car up. I wiuld definitely recommend Edwards again and again and again. More
