Great staff! I had visited Edwards last year when I was in the market for a new 1500. Luckily, I had the chance to have Tariq as my consultant when I arrived at th I had visited Edwards last year when I was in the market for a new 1500. Luckily, I had the chance to have Tariq as my consultant when I arrived at the lot. Fast forward to this week, it was time for the wife to get a new vehicle now as well. She has loved the truck since day one and wanted a Chevy as well, same color, same bells and whistles etc. It was obvious that we would visit Edwards again my fantastic first experience. We get to the lot and luckily Tariq was working yesterday (spur of moment and didn’t call ahead to check). My wife explained what she wanted and Tariq took us straight to the SUVs. His knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot is outstanding and has you a detailed replied as soon as you ask him. Now, let me just say that my wife was a nervous wreck going to buy not only a new car but her first ever new car. She couldn’t stop saying good things the entire visit of how she felt so comfortable with Tariq and Edwards in general. Her exact words were “If all salesmen and dealerships were like this one, I wouldn’t be scared of buying a new car!” And that’s just it. Tariq will NOT push a potential buyer to make them feel like they have to buy something right then and there. He lets you sit in the vehicle as he takes a step back until you have a question so you don’t feel smothered. I’m in sales myself but a total different industry and I will say this, Tariq is not a salesman he’s a consultant. And that right there is why we use Edwards, always will use Edwards and Tariq, and will always refer Edwards. Thanks again for another great experience in the car buying world Tariq! More
