Great experience, even though I hate having to buy a car. Best price in the area, and nicest possible people to deal with. I had started having trouble with my 20 year old Malibu and decided to get a new one Best price in the area, and nicest possible people to deal with. I had started having trouble with my 20 year old Malibu and decided to get a new one. As luck or fate would have it, my car died when I parked in the Edwards Chevrolet 280 parking lot Saturday afternoon. Coolant spilling out everywhere. I was stuck, but they not only did not take advantage of me, but let me take the new car home without buying it yet when my GM Mastercard reward points would not pull up on their system because of some glitch at GM Mastercard that wouldn't be corrected in the GM Redemption Center system until Monday or Tuesday. Without the redemption points available we couldn't complete the purchase or know the price. The redemption points system problem was finally fixed on Monday, and I went back that afternoon and finished all the paperwork to buy the car. I particularly appreciate Robert Short's patience, conscientiousness, helpfulness, and sense of humor. He made a difficult situation an adventure that for the most part was even fun. But all the people there saved the day for me. More

I felt a little unsure of my ability to make a wise choice, even though I had read a lot of on- line materials relating to the pros and cons of various sedans, particularly those made by Chevrolet. I had had a good experience over the past six+ years with my Malibu LT, which my husband and I purchased from Edwards, with the help of Lee House, back in 2012. I was greeted first by Matt Billions upon my entering the building, and he politely showed me around and inquired of what I was looking for. He made several good suggestions to me, then when I mentioned that I had bought my last car from Lee House, he very quickly went to Mr. House's office and informed him that I was there. Mr. House then came out to greet me, and Mr. Billions returned to working at the desk. From that point on, Lee House was very attentive to what I told him about my past experience, and what my current preferences were. The day ended Monday before we completed the purchase, but Tuesday I returned and spent several hours exploring more about the car that I wanted, and features that were good about it. He also answered questions regarding concerns that I had. It was a productive session for me, and Mr. House was most polite and helpful. After the purchase, he accompanied me to return my rental car to the rental agency, so that I could then drive my new Malibu home. Mission accomplished. Excellent service from Edwards, and especially from Lee House! More
