Rolled in at approx. 1:58P for an oil change and fluid check. We had a brief exchange as to what was to be done and Ms. Sheryl took the keys and the car. I sat briefly to talk with my sales rep and friend Mr. Robert Short (Helped set up appointment with Ms. Sheryl) and next I looked up and my vehicle was sitting outside. Told Robert I am going to go met with Ms.. Sheryl went over the particulars and I was on my way. All of this inside of 1 hour.
