Hyundai Promise I had made an appointment a month ahead of time and dropped my car off for the Hyundai Promise inspection and oil change. It only took an hour. I went in to pick my car up and it was extremely busy. I waited 10-15 minutes at the checkout window before anyone showed up. I paid my bill and was told that if I had any questions I needed to call. I don’t know what the 24 or 26 inspection consists of, nor do I know if there were any recommendations of service needed. I was not provided any paperwork other than my receipt for the additive. I know it was busy but I am a little disappointed on the communication. More

Tire inflation/balance and headlamp correction. I requested all tires to be inflated to 33 psi--got all tires inflated to 38 psi. I requested re-balance on the two front tires--got all four re-bala I requested all tires to be inflated to 33 psi--got all tires inflated to 38 psi. I requested the headlamps be adjusted to prevent front 'shadow' being displayed on left side of road--I was told there was no problem with the headlamps. Did my own investigation at home and determined that the dynamic bending light is apparently stuck in the left turn position and appears to not be leveling properly--I will point this out when I take the auto in for service. More

Quick and easy; In and out I was able to quickly drop off and pick up my car. The drop off process was so fast I made it back to my office in less than 30 minutes (that's includ I was able to quickly drop off and pick up my car. Helpful to a newby! I'm new to town, needed my car serviced. Needed a new dealership that I can depend on to take care of me. Mid day oil change Was quoted a 2 hour wait for a oil change.Went home to wait, four hour’s layer never received a call saying car was ready for pickup. Chris was my technician and he is always professional yet w. I’m always treated fairly and the service is done in a very timely manner. Also I enjoy the coffee and comfort of the waiting lounge.
