I went to this dealership to lease a new vehicle. The help i received was exceptional. Louis, Pat and Danny couldn't do enough for me. Got online price and confirmation that they will beat any dealer's price and that the sales is low and they will do the impossible to earn my business. Went there and the first news, ohhh only one color is available, if you want more we have to look for it and may take around an hour. And later on, ohhh, we do not have the color you are looking for. I Asked them, how much the car they have in stock will cost me in case I decided to buy that one, although i did not like the color that much, and they told me they will honor their price and I told them but we agreed that you will beat the cheapest price I have, which is $1k lower than their and the sales rep tells me that he is not sure and he needs to ask his manager and at this point I left becuase I was fed up with their games. Deal didn't worked out.It happens when go first time..But Couple of days later I got call saying their GM Pat wants to see me and give me the deal. So I went there hoping I get deal with my price. But guess what I got there and they ask me to pay $1000 more than their last offer...I asked to talk to Pat..He was not there. Next day I got call directly from Pat. He promised me deal and asked me see Him only..I went again...Guess what I was asked to wait 30 mins and after that Pat told me he can't do that.. I asked sales guy Ajay that why are you guys playing with me and wasting my time. He told me with attitude that I should go to some other dealership. I understand first time deal not working out but 2nd time and 3rd time after you being you called, that's just ridiculous. I can understand such behavior from sales man like Ajay. But was surprise to see unprofessional behavior from GM Pat.. More
Beware of false advertisement from this company. This dealer was selling a Pontiac G6 GXP with 10,000 miles. On every website I could find(including their own), the price was marked at $12,990. We drove over an hour to this dealer only to find out the car was worth $18,990. The description on their website even says what amazing deal the car was for $12,990. What a bait and switch. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone with the tactics they use. More

I went into Edison Nissan in late January 2012 and began a conversation with Ned in sales about possibly purchasing a new car. Ned from the beginning was always courteous, more then willing to help and answer any and all questions that I had regarding a purchase and above all this gentlemen was professional. I never felt rushed or hassled as many other car dealerships this is common practice. I ended up financing a 2010 Nissan Versa and am more then satisfied with my purchase. Ozzy walked me through the financials slowly as I didn't understand some points of the contract and Ozzy was more then helpful in answering any and all questions that I had. I work in a Hilton property here in NJ and will send any and all of my interested guests to Edison Nissan! Thank you to Ned and Ozzy for making my car buying experience an excellent one!! I had a wonderful experience with the staff of Nissan I came to fix a vehicle and ended up buying a new one. They staff greeted me when I entered Nissan with such warmth and courtesy. Drove by and saw the dealer service department was open 1/2/12. I needed an IKey programmed for my wife's Altima. They took me right in, and quoted me a fair price.
