I went to multiple Nissan Dealerships for a reoccurring noise. All the other local Nissan dealerships were unable to diagnose the problem without keeping my car over night which then in hand I would have t noise. All the other local Nissan dealerships were unable to diagnose the problem without keeping my car over night which then in hand I would have to pay for a loaner car. I then googled for other local dealerships in my area and Edison Nissan was ver close and had excellent reviews. I figure what do I have to lose, well Edison Nissan was able to diagnose the noise which happen to be my CVT trans and good have cost upwards of a few thousand dollars. They were able to fix my trans and it was all covered under warranty. I recommend anyone who has service issues or needing a new to car to please check out Edison Nissan where you will leave happy and most importantly with your dignity in tack. Thanks again! More

Unlike other dealerships who simply email you to call them and come in, Allen actually worked with me to learn the details of the purchase, and provided me with a realistic quote on the specific stock model I wanted. When we came in, Ricky was introduced to us as our sales person. He was absolutely fantastic! He looked up my information and showed the exact car I asked to see. He answered all questions and explained everything about the car. He worked hard to ensure we got the best price and was kind and reasonable the entire time! When we walked out of the dealership, keys in hand, we have never experienced such a positive and pleasurable car-buying experience. We were so impressed by Ricky and Edison Nissan, that we already told him we are interested in buying another car from him in the near future. More

I went in to get my Gas gauge fixed which was covered under my warranty and they fixed my timing chain which was whining. Sansone Auto is where I bought the car and they never even mentioned it even thou under my warranty and they fixed my timing chain which was whining. My car is better than the day I bought it from Sansone. Awesome place the mechanics do a great job and customer service is great. More
Bait and switch central. Their online ads are ridiculously low-priced, and I knew that walking in. But the real numbers they put in front of me had no earthly relation to what they advertise onli ridiculously low-priced, and I knew that walking in. I don't know how some dealerships are still using old school strategies to do business, at this day and age where market prices are so easily visible... Please stay away if you value your time. More

I am currently living in VA, but have family up in NJ and decided to buy the car there. At the time of purchase, our salesman Greg, stated that they would mail me the title as soon as we mailed them the proof of insurance. We performed that task within 2 days, and on this date 20 days later we still have no title. A week after i bought the car i called to inquire about the title, and to my surprise the staff literally had no idea. The individual who works in the back office dealing with admin work (Susan) even had no idea. We were told a few days after that that the bank has yet to mail them the title, and they do not know when they would. Of course when I bought the car they didn't mention that they didn't have the title on hand. Well, here I am 20 days after purchase and The temp tags are to expire tonight at midnight, and to make matters worse Gene Lopez, Edison Nissan's GM, is not retuning my calls or emails. Also, Gene communicates via his @aol.com email address and types in full caps, very unprofessional especially for a GM. Bottom line- think twice before dealing with Edison Nissan. They did a fine job selling me the car, but their extreme negligence is inexcusable. I will be contacting the NJ dept of Consumer Affairs to lodge a formal complaint against them. I would highly suggest thinking twice before doing business with these people. Take it for what' it is worth, I am a real person with a real problem and have 0 help from Edison Nissan. More
EDISON NISSAN has been the best dealership I have gone to so far. The sales experience was effortless and there was no haggling- quite refreshing I must say. EDISON NISSAN was very professional, I strolled in at 8:30 at night and they were receptive to the conditions I was looking for in the sale. They gave me the best price for my trade-in, and gave me a great price on my vehicle. They accepted the price of a car for a buying club that we are apart of, a service provided through our insurance company. What is remarkable is they were not even a participating dealer in this buying club. I would gladly recommend anyone who was looking to purchase a car, to purchase one from them. I would also recommend Rich the salesman who took care of me. He is prompt, friendly, and respectful of your time. More
I brought a car from them and gave them a down payment in cash. Considering they were not smart enough to realize that, they took my car back and kept my money for there weeks and then they were extremely r cash. I think there was more room in the price, but ultimately settled because they had the color we wanted. Zach has a team that works with him. All were very friendly but sales people none-the-less. Zach even called my insurance company to make certain it was insured - I never had any sales person do this. I WOULD RECOMMEND these guys but be sure to do your homework on pricing (for any new car purchase). More
Terrible service department. I had to tell them what was wrong with my car. Sales reps and manager don't care about customer service....I even overheard another sales person being rude to a potential custom wrong with my car.
