When I talked to Mike in internet sales I specifically asked for white w/beige interior. He put me on hold, came back and said his manager told him it was in stock. I told him I am coming from 45 minutes away and are you sure that you have this in stock. He said yes. We took the day off from work, drove in the pouring rain and was greeted by someone who acted like they never heard of Mike before. They finally found my request and sent us to a salesperson with the stock number of the car and we drove to their off-site lot only to find out the car was NOT what I wanted. Wasted time, a day off and gas to get here. So no I DO NOT recommend them. More

Had spoken with an "internet sales" rep who scheduled an appt for a car that I had inquired about. I scheduled the appointment, after telling him I lived over an hour away, and he assured me t scheduled an appt for a car that I had inquired about. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and told them I had an appt with mike. They said he only handled Internet sales and got another sales rep to assist me. I gave the salesman the stock number... He comes back 5 min later and says the car has been sold, but that there were other similar cars he could show me. None of which were close to the model year, mileage, and price. Clearly a bait and switch operation. I spent three unnecessary hours in the car, wasted time, gas, and tools. Highly unethical. More
