After going in to purchase a new car thinking I'd be in the dealership for hours upon hours, I was on the road with a brand new Nissan Altima in just a couple short hours of negotiations. For starters please let me tell you like many I DO NOT like car shopping. I went in to look at cars for future purchase and my 9 year old Altima was on it's last legs. Arrived at the dealership and every and I mean EVERYONE was having a good time. Phil asked me to wait a few minutes as he was working with someone else. After I looked around he found me and we chatted and spun a few numbers with the help of Nash (yes they double teamed me :-)) I drove out with something I needed...Not wanted but needed. What I wanted would have honestly given me a headache later on. I did get a little frustrated at one point but only for a short time, as I said I HATE this process. Phil and Nash put us at ease after we took 5 hours of their time to "look at" cars. More

All vehicles showed to me were kept in tip-top shape. The tour provided by Durgesh Bhatt was very informative and made my decision much easier. After a quick coffee break while waiting for FNI to finish with their side of the deal, i was introduced to the service manager so i may set up any future appointments.
