Elaine took her entire evening to find me the perfect car (in the rain) and got me an amazing price on my new lease. She was so personable and patient throughout the process and I'm so grateful! I visited the dealership last year 2013 and it was a very bad experience as far as follow-up on what was happening with the deal. This year, 2014, I was in the dealership with an approval for a brand new car in under 2 hours....for me that's very impressive. More
