She took her time and allowed my mother and I to test drive different cares we were considering. We negotiated a price and she was very reasonable about the whole thing. Before we drove off in our new vehicle, she gave me the rundown on how easy it was to play music from my smart phone in the car and I didn't read the manual. I just did it as she showed me and it worked great. She knows everything about the cars they sell there. I don't think I've ever had a better experience with a sales person. She was never aggressive. She was friendly, warm, conversational, accomodating, and knew her stuff about vehicles.
