Monika was patient with the insurance company as she had to try 3 times to get in touch with them as she was put on hold for endless amount of time. We got a good deal and left happy. Once we left and arrived home we realized we left the garage door opener in the old car. I called Monika and asked if she could get it. She immediately tracked it down. When I arrived back at the dealership she had it on her desk waiting for me. All in all a very good experience with a very good salesperson More

I came in with a potential car I wanted with a quote from Auto Trader. That car was sold already, but the salesman I worked with, Belal Elba, took the time to find out what I was looking for in my next car and my budget. I was delighted with the car he recommended and the price. He even came up with better financing from Nissan than my bank pre-approved quoted interest rate. Belal was great to work with and followed up on some commitments promised that needed to be taken care of when I picked up the car with no problems at all. It is hard to find a dealership and salesperson you can trust these days, but you can really feel you are in good hands visiting Edison Nissan and working with Belal. He is easy going, knowledgeable and makes sensible suggestions. More
