Simple, Easy and Pleasant Last month, I went looking for a car, and was only planning on getting one if I got a good deal. He gave us the space we needed to look, and jumped in at the appropriate time and was not pushing me towards buying anything. He gave me all the options available for various cars. After talking about all the options, I wanted to think on it. The next day, I came in and the car was prepped and ready to go if I wanted it, and I did! Patrick even had the paperwork started AND called my insurance company to begin that process. This is my 3rd car and never has the paperwork process been so easy, transparent and well explained. I was beyond happy with the service at Edison Nissan, and highly recommend them to anyone! More

I am busy, just like the rest of the world out there, and buying a new car wasn’t exactly at the top of my priority list… knowing from past experiences how painful of a process it can sometimes be. However, that all changed when I walked through the doors of Edison Nissan. My experience started online. Like many people, I have slowly started to regain my footing since the economic downturn. I researched car dealerships that specialize in working with people who have less than perfect credit. From that first phone call, I felt like I was going to be well taken care of, and I was right. My salesman was Belal, and he was great! At a time when I was nervous and not even sure I would leave with a car, he made sure I was happy, and informed throughout the entire process. I was comfortable with him immediately, and even when he was working with the finance department… He made sure I had what I needed while I waited (including finding me a charger as my iPhone was dying 30min into my appointment). He was very knowledgeable about his pre-owned inventory and helped me select a car that met all of my needs! I am now a very proud owner of a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Altima! The finance department, especially David Conklin, also made the experience painless. He was able to get me into the car I wanted and for the price I wanted to pay. I know it was NOT easy for him, and he worked so hard to make sure I was happy. I am so thankful he treated me like a family member, not just another customer. I can say that I have never had a more personalized experience, EVER! I will ASOLUTELY be returning to Edison Nissan to purchase my next vehicle, most likely the new beautifully redesigned Rogue, in the next two years! More
